After several days of pain, I finally felt great.
I woke up refreshed, ready to tackle everything I wasn’t able to do during the crippling migraine I had for nearly three days. I had been down for a while, which meant I had plenty of chores that needed accomplished - recording several podcast episodes, writing two blog posts, cleaning my house, and going grocery shopping. But my enthusiasm drained as quickly as it came. Not even three minutes after I began recording a podcast episode, everything went dark. Literally. My power went out. My podcasting equipment was rendered useless. I panicked. I had a podcast episode due in less than 24 hours! I had blog posts that needed to be written before their deadlines. On top of this, I couldn’t even clean my house. The dishes were piled high in the sink, but without power, I had to conserve water.
