Have you ever wondered why Jesus referred to this woman as a dog? But Jesus said to her, “Let the children be filled first, for it is not appropriate to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.” Mark 7:27

It seems that Jesus did in fact dread what He had to do. But He did it. He did it for the joy that would be His because of what it accomplishes. He did it because of His love for us. And that is a reason to celebrate!
